How Much Should You Risk on This?

i'm overweight commodities and mining in my portfolio, and it's not balanced at all. First tin is one of the few pure tin plays that there are. If you can pick it up at 24 p, where it is now, you might actually be buying it at a 20 percent discount to the ipo price. i've seen a lot of resource stocks do this - they sort of relentlessly grind lower. It seems me sensible, although i know pretty much, let's we could say the first approximation, i know nothing about this. But it does seem to take lots of the boxes.
