Record-breaking heat wave in North America, widespread flooding in Western Europe and now extreme rainfall in China. After experiencing a year's outpouring just three days, swathes of land are under water in Henan province in the east of the country. Hundreds of thousands of people have been evacuated and many died when subway cars were flooded with water. Analysts say it's the result of climate change and environmental campaigners warn China needs to brace itself for more extreme weather events.
