The Second Stage of Change Is Concentration

Take 10 minutes or 20 minutes every day to focus your concentration on one thing. Observe a sacred object, a statue or an image and Memorize it. Close your eyes and visualize it. This is harder, but it bears a lot of fruit. But you have to do it every day. If you do this once a week, you'll never get anywhere. You'll give up. If you work on this every day, the best you can, you will find change. It's inevitable.
