Can't Be Done. You Have to Teach It

To be a black belt in our system, you need to be strong. You don't need to be an elite level lifter, but you've got to be more than an intermediate level lifter to be up there. We piggyback off of the large organizations that are around the world. When you go to a big Jjitsu tournament, what percentage of people are black belts? A very small. And what percentage of shooters are the master class shooters? Very small. So we also have got it so that also nobody can promote by themselves. To be a brown belt or black belt, it's not one authority.
