The Benefits of Compostable Dog Poo Bags
There were over 1,600 participants who undertook home compost experiments. The majority of the biodegradable and compostable plastics that they tested under different home composting conditions did not fully disintegrate. If your dog poo bag is going to go into landfill or incineration, then your best bet is most likely reusing a plastic bag that you've already usedor buying bags made from as much recycled plastic as possible. We spoke to a scientist who has developed an anaerobic digester that takes deposits from passing dog walkers and uses the feces as fuel to create biogas which powers a streetlight.
