There is a lot of magical science going on in this book. It was very interesting to see nevani work, and haver had the spotlight. I can see it being painful for people who don't really like magical stemfield stuff. But i also really liked it because for me, it was, ah, less that i care about magic physics and more that i felt like i believed that i can see her way of thinking.
