The Second Law of Thermodynamics
The dice rolling seems to be dictated by Newtonian dynamics, and there's no arrow of time built into that. But you could think of the second law of thermodynamics as being a law of physics but one that tends to take low entropy configurations and drive them towards high entropy configurations without anything in the underlying equations of Newtonian physics driving that. It happens for other reasons that don't have to do with the equations that are working on it.
