What's the Value of Feedback?

Great feedback includes, what was the behavior? What was the impact of the behavior. And then what would you like to see next time? That's a fabulous conversation. I think we think about it as being difficult to do, because who wants to talk about the mistakes that they made? But i think the mistake is not doing it on a regular basis.
