What gets us picked is when you are the only person in a category of one. The price begins by doing exceptional work, but not just exceptional work. Doing work that looks like you and feels like you can establish value for clients. If someone wants me to get on a plane and give a speech, that's expensive. But I don't give away speeches to anybody except nonprofits because my speeches are expensive.
