I think it's all mindfulness. So i meditate daily. I start my day with meditation, and i meditate a few times, usually throughout the day as well. As i'm traversing emotional territory, i like, oh, what would it look like to not try to control this feeling, but feel this feeling, be with this feeling? And i think in that mindfulness practice, i have found a lot of liberation for myself. Because i'm like, everything benefits from the quality of attention that we bring to it.
