Is There a Need to Regulate the Social Media?

The idea of trying to regulate intermediaris through the data protection bill is a very interesting end of worrying one. The other thing i sort of, i'm quite interested to talk about here is platforms and publishers. I feel like this conversation, much like this bill, is going to sort of widen its scope a little bit.
