What Do You Think You're Seeing on the Martian Surface?

We estimate the size of the actual meteoroid was, I think it was about 12 meters across. It would have been small enough for it just to have been a shooting starter and sort of never made it to the surface. But Mars' atmosphere being so much thinner, it came all the way down and made a very large hole. These must have been pretty substantial flax to make holes this big.
