Sally has a thing that is building up the guilt and self hatred in her, which then leads to what happens next in the episode. I get it why she does it though. She doesn't know where she feels guilty about it. She hides it from him, you know, she didn't know it was bad. So again, it's it. You got it. Now many people after they saw this, I think we're sort of thrilled and confused.
