When you first got to be a leader, you kind of want to micromanige. Good leaders don't let people wander off and do their own things. Being a good leader is about demonstrating what good looks like by doing it yourself. One of the things i hope yoow to bring with the folks that i'm a working with is willingness to be corrected both in the moment and overtime.
