How to Manage Sepsis in an ICU

An open ICU means that any physician can manage and be the managing physician in the ICU. A closed model of ICU care would mean that an intensivist assigned to that ICU would be the managing physicians. So if you're familiar with management of sepsis, so first thing you have to do is suspect sepsis. The hour one bundle is very, very simple. Anybody is able to do this. And it's still under volume resuscitating for even an adult patient in that one hour bundles just by giving her just 150 an hour of normal saline.
