Don't Let Your Emotions Play With Your Intelligence
There's a theory of constructive emotion that I really love by Lisa Feldman Barrett. There's this book called How Emotions Are Made. And sort of the hierarchy there is that there's sensations that your body has, and then your emotions interpret those sensations. So if you create a reality where there's danger, you can trigger your body to be producing this metabolic preparation in order to deal with it. It'd be like facts, facts and feel like feeling and ideas, feeling and data. Yeah, I would love to see that.
