Are You Ready to Work or Do You Want to Work?
I didn't appreciate at the time the great thing about junior young people in their career, they don't know how hard stuff is. They just endeavor. And so I had that going for me. But I came around a lot later. It's really hard not to have other experts to lean on,. Not having a mentor, not having a manager as well versed in UX practices. You're kind of just sometimes you're screaming into the void and it's formidable.
