The more statistically adept you are, the better you're going to be at slicing and dicing the statistics to support your story. And that's just kind of what we do. Like the more it's sort of intellectually adept we are,. the better the stories we can tell to kind of convince ourselves of these truths. So that's what becomes really problematic.
