Is the Adductor Load a Good Thing?

The adductors are as a group of muscles, they adapt and they bring your leg across your body. They're also a significant hip flexor and there's an argument that a ductor longer is the second most important hip flexor behind it. So if I spend all my time increasing my glutes and hamstring strength to produce more hip extension torque well then I increase the relative demand on the adductors so our very simple statement is for every adductor load you give somebody you should give them an abdominal load  to balance the pelvis for every abdominal load and adductor loads.
