Sally Kohn: Sales people tend to fall into two groups. One that will just keep pushing forward even if they're not hitting the mark, you know, and then there's the other ones that just kind of want to curl up in a ball and say, never going to happen. You've got to find a way to hang out with really positive people. She says it's so hard if someone hangs up on you or treats you bad at a meeting because they think you're selling something. So she would focus on the nose and not see it as negative.
