How to Talk to Your Largest Customers

Most founders don't do enough of it a handful do a handful love it the nic med is of the world feed off visiting their largest customers but most of us don't. Get on the road do a steak dinner once a month and you can do it in the same city go visit your largest customers in that city and ask them if you can present the roadmap foryour feedback. I literally have almost never seen the top customer not want to take that meeting to get their feedback on the roadmap. It just like always works. Anyone have any experience with this being a killer category again it costs zero right anyone do a good job with roadmap presentations.
