Every time I see you, I feel like I've learned something new about writing after hearing you speak. What continues to draw you to teaching, even out in the wild of writer events? Well, you know, I love talking about writing. It's one of the things I've done so much research on over the years and getting to share ideas and learn from my students. You can have that whole opening from Disney's Aladdin back when the animated one was the only thing. But she brought it up and kind of tweaked the way I thought about the concept.
