The Reality of the Spirit in the Bible

A person does not have to be a Christian to understand biblical texts. The realities of the Spirit that Paul talks about in 1 Corinthians 2 has everything to do with weakness and cruciformity. God is not present in spectacle or impressive displays of ministry but he is present where there is cruciformity, where there are humility and invitation.
