How Do You Build Boundaries?

i was really using a locations and other people as cues for boundaries, right? When you go to work, you do work things. When you stay at home, you do home things. And when you're with those people, you do those kinds of activities. Now we're in the space where i'm always around these people and i'm always in this place,. Yet i have to do those kindsof work and that kind of focus. It's tough to be able to make shifts between those two parts.
