Are We Going to Have a Boomering Effect?

There is an enormous conversation in this country about reopening. What is your position on that, and what does the senate need to do to actually make that happen? It's not a question of when we open there is no date. It's only data, not a date. So i think we have to be very cautious at theall the science. We don't want to have a boomering effect where people move too fast in too many areas of our economy. And then wind up right back where we stotd because we had a lack of caution....
