Introduction
I honestly think that the reason why my sound quality is sometimes worse than cars is because I record like and I listen to cara on my airpods. My high this week is that me and my housemate have restarted our early wake up calls so they were like okay we'll just like participate not in a competition but in the early wake ups. And it was so nice because for a while we were all waking up so early like I'd come down to make a coffee at like quarter to seven and and my house mate Ali would be there like journaling. It was so sweet. We do highs and lows very quickly because I actually want to discuss. The topic of this episode
