Is There a Recession in the Labor Market?
Unhappy and disengaged workers could have cost the economy as much as seven point eight trillion dollars this past year. There's tons of stats to show that employee engagement is down, with millennials among the worst. When you have a whole generation of people who've essentially started their careers in a remote basis, where life and work are kind of the same thing, oftentimes, and everything kind of blurs and blends together. It makes sense that people are struggling to grapple with the idea of separating those again.
