Python Typing Is Still Evolving

The python typing ecosystem is still really evolving. There was no way to do this before. And so right now you don't have a way to do typing for this particular feature. It's just kind of interesting to remember that the stuff is still being added. Theres a couple o other peps that are worth looking at, like question mark rit rather than null check or specifyn into question mark rather than optional bracket of int.
