CHAPTER

The Relevance of Chon Practice

In Chon you must always investigate for yourself. Obitually we're inclined to look outward, to make comparisons and chase after preferences. But the way to investigate is turning inward. No one can do this work for us. We have to do it ourselves. There's no substitute. It just requires devotedly, even lovingly, tenderly giving our attention to the practice. Not grasping at anything. Just practicing in the body that we're in. This very body, the body of Buddha, will stop here and recite the four vowels. See you next time.
