Elon Musk and Twitter's Story

Elon musk made a deal to buy twitter. The deal was financed in part by loans, for example, against his tesla stock. As the market began to take severe hits, the tesle stock slid considerably. So all of a sudden the deal became much less favorable on a financial basis to elon musk. Then, as it becomes a bad deal, musk begins trying to find ways to get out of the deal. He and the main thing that he really focuses in on is the problem of spam accounts.
