What Should I Eat in the Nights?

Dietician Nicole Damasi-Malcker wrote out a list of questions that we missed. She says it's okay to eat late at night if you're hungry, but skip your night meal will make you hungrier the next day. It can also affect your ability to sleep if you're too hungry. The best thing you can do is have a meal planned already and don't go hours without eating before getting home from work.
