The only way I saw Chris Paul's contract being guaranteed at that full number was for them to use him in a trade. But here's the thing about the trade though, if I'm taking his 30 point a million dollars and I'm trading for whatever players that make cut either one or multiple up to that number near that number. So no I haven't found it.
