Is There a Room for Error in GitHub?

In high risk industries, like the room for error is zero, right? Like you cannot have an accident. But in a more typical scenario or way lower stake situation, it's like, do you want to add all this overhead? And for what? Because I was thinking like there are a lot of, and also there's an issue for it’s like, are you actually going to do something again? For me, that's often the answer is no.
