How to Deal With Anxiety
If we don't have a full perspective, anxiety is the default position. Even so much of this as you lay out starts with anxiety. You can also just use that to be more specific about what you disagree with. Most of the time, especially on things like political divide stuff, you can find that one side values safety and human sort of protection and other side values independence and freedom. But when we're talking in a conversation and not being specific about which values we're actually trying to protect, all kinds of misunderstanding happens.
