How to Give a Great Talk
The conclusion is the most important part of a talk. If something isn't worth covering in the conclusion you have to ask yourself whether it really needs to be in the talk at all. Take time to think about your audience and about the venue and about the context of your talk. Avoid bad images, avoid poorly designed slides that reflect badly upon you and ensure that at every stage you're letting the audience know where you're at in the talk so they can focus on what you're saying.
