Design Thinking

Design thinking organizations don't own design thinking as a process, but as a methodology. So when we go into a client contract, if a client wants to own anything and everything that comes out, including our process, it's a no go because we need to continue to evolve our process over time. That's really where we hone in on like finding new ways to prototype or coming up with new digital tools.
