Developer Experience - What's the Hardest Challenge?
There must be hard trade-offs or things you probably have to decide that, hey, I want to have a very fast startup experience using the product. What are the things you've learned to try to build a product as well as a hardest part and then product iteration process to make that? It's all in the mind, it's all discipline. Everyone says scale and developer experience and then they've built something that has no customers at scale and looks like a potato.
