The advisor firms I see that get just the strongest organic growth like they stand for something for someone. They've taken a position on something that's meaningful to the segment of clients that they serve. All right, I don't feel like those are even stakes. If you have to actually like tattoo a blue shirt somewhere on your body or your whole body is a blue shirt. It's like an odd. So rock with me that that's like an oddly apropos theme versus for today though, because I so wanted to talk about this kind of like building the community that we build in the people that you serve.
