Is There a Plan B at Santa No Fray?

In January of 2021, there was a cell phone alert of a possible tsunami in the San Diego area. There were concerns at the time, which you and Paul Blanche wrote into an article. Lo and behold, it was only a one inch tiny little reverberation from this earthquake in the Tonga sent waves across the Pacific. We had waves of more than half a foot, but that doesn't really give you a tsunami in the true sense of the term.
