Do You Know What You're Looking for in an Interview?

Research the company you are about to interview with. Do they do terrible whiteboard interviews? Why do they do them? Find out beforehand, and maybe that a help inform like how you prepare or whether or not you ave an interview with them at all. A lot more companies are giving choices on the type of thing you have - would you like to do a take home exercise? Would you like to code on a laptop, ses a piece of paper, verses a white board?
