The Power of Emotional Intelligence

There's been this big push. I mean, Google with some pretty big headlines recently, an interview with their head of talent in the New York Times saying, Hey, we hired to a personality. Well, that's a good judgment comes from experience and or something. Experience comes from bad judgment. So experience, you know, wisdom comes from a combination of experience and intelligently learning from that experience. And increasingly, unless you're somebody who is in literally an individual contributor, now all you need to do is be put behind a door with all the laboratory material and you can create.
