Kahlo's Paintings of Diego and Rivera
Kahlo and Rivera married in 1929. Both of them had many affairs. They often lived apart. But they also loved each other deeply. Many of Kahlo's paintings are about their troubled relationship. In 1943, she painted Diego on my mind. It is another self-portrait.
