The first key to your consistency was having a clear definable edge. How do you think about an edge as a discretionary trader? To you, what does it mean to have an edge? I'm a big fan of journaling and all our traders, you know, they journal and they have to email myself and some of the other senior traders every night. It forces you to go back and review what you did.
