In the early nineties, in the early ats and deploying servers you really don't understand. To even get a server going, well, there was an approval process. And then if you were in somebody else's data center, you not only paid for your band with the actual amount of band with that you used but also aid for the power all of it. Now now i can spin up servers v and api on the command line, and it's up this infr structure that's weyh more powerful than anything i'd ever have access to.
