The Prophet's Emotional Intelligence
The Prophet Salaahu Alaihi Wasallam is the paragon of what positive influence actually looks like. He made people feel as if they were the most valuable people at that time in his life. And he cherished their company, he cherished their presence and made them feel valued. The default state of any relationship has to be based upon love, mercy and compassion. Allah Subh'anaHu Wa Ta-A'la describes one of the blessings bestowed on him by God: Fabima Arahim Minalim al-Nawaz wa laukunta fauva al-Nralaflulek (that buy an act of mercy from God)
