You can diale yourself up to your highest end of, letsa performance with certain limits. People who did heroic acts actually have larger amidulae on thee,. sort of emotion centre of the brain then other people who didn't hav do these heroic acts. And they found that when they responsed, they didn't think about it. It was automatic. So there are these automatic responses that we have. But there are other things that are just really innate.
