Do Forms Work?
Forms work if you're asking the same amount of information, exact same questions every time. It's not a very good client experience to expect that of them. There are a lot of save ing continue features in various forms. But we used to use thet in ency andit, you wouldn't believe how many clients mess that up. Wey we can ask lots of people the same questions, and it's a short, short, formed thing. Everything else kind of needs a more persistent store of information.
