The executive team is a primary job of mine, the health and well-being of that executive team. So if I see things that are like, feel like cracks in the trust of that team, I make it my highest priority to think about what we can work on together. If you can't answer questions about the composition of the executive team with integrity then something's probably wrong. The most important product decisions should be made in a group of people that are best suited for it, regardless of their level.
