Is There a Difference Between a Temporary and a Trace?
The more you meditate, the easier it may be to get into a feel good state. You don't necessarily feel great during a meditation session but that's very similar to not feeling great when you're working. Many people who begin meditation say, i can't do this. My mind is going nuts. Which just means you have more self awareness. And it's a good sign. Othink that not a bad sign. But it doesn't necessarily feel good.
