The SEC's Role in the Grayscale Case

I think maybe the SEC realizes that they went a little too far. I'm not sure how effective it would be. If you did this with stocks, if you said that Tesla is the only legitimate EV automaker sanctioned by the government, all the other EVs would, would tank. If you do that with crypto, if you say that Bitcoin is legit, we're going to give it a spot ETF. What's everybody going to do? You're going to buy alts. Like that, that, it's a global game. So, maybe they try that.
